I am writing to complain about shortages in delivery. I ordered numer 205050 for 20 women’s bicycles and 10 men’s bicycles but on the 20th August. I received 20 women’s bicycles, but I didn’t get men’s bicycles.
According to the order, which I submitted two weeks ago any and which included 20 bicycles for women and 10 male bicycles but I didnt get 10 male bicycles. I want to express my dissatisfaction with your service. I need these bicycles I got an order from a customer for male bicycles the men is organizer of the sporting event in cycling.
I would like you to leave me as soon as possible missing about the bicycles. Otherwise I can lose the customer, who buys from me bicycles every year.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. I feel there must be some explanation why the delivery was incomplete.
